Overview
I designed a four-page brochure for Frenchcrete, a concrete and home-improvement company established in 1968, to promote their Textured Concrete Services. The image-driven format positions textured concrete as a customizable design solution, not just a functional service, helping homeowners visualize the result.
The Work
- Cover: A stamped concrete patio in a landscaped setting with a clean, editorial layout.
- Interior: A swatch showcase of seven textured concrete styles for easy comparison, plus a service section covering driveways, patios, walkways, and poolside with real project photography.
- Back cover: Credibility, contact details, and a soft intro to additional services.
Frenchcrete’s signature deep red anchors headlines and CTAs, complemented by warm brick, stone, and earth tones. A serif and sans-serif pairing balances heritage with readability across clear, scannable sections.
Outcome
The brochure gave Frenchcrete a polished sales tool that communicates their design range and supports in-person conversations, with the swatch section helping customers make confident choices.
