Overview
OC Men’s Therapy, founded by Spencer MacDonald, LMFT, offers a direct, no-nonsense approach to therapy for men, teens, couples, and families in Orange County. The brand idea — “it takes one to know one” — needed a site that feels grounded and masculine rather than clinical or vague, and that moves the right clients toward a first conversation.
The Build
I built the experience around clarity and a single clear action. The site speaks the client’s language — leveraging drive, focus, and a desire for solutions rather than therapy-speak — and routes visitors to a free consultation. A “Find Your Path” flow and “Who We Help” structure let men self-identify by need, and the practice’s modalities are laid out plainly.
Craft & Detail
Every detail backs up the direct voice:
- Booking everywhere — free-consultation and appointment paths placed throughout, so the next step is never more than a tap away.
- Grounded photography — retouched (AI-assisted) to feel real and masculine, never stocky.
- Measured motion — a confident, unflashy scroll that matches the tone.
- Steady on every screen, with accessible contrast and type.
Outcome
The site reframes therapy for an audience that often avoids it — turning a stigma into a clear, confident path forward, and steady free-consultation requests for the practice.
