Overview
I designed a value-based pricing application that brings transparency to pricing decisions, helping users translate projected outcomes and business goals into a clear, defensible price rather than relying on guesswork or opaque models.
The Work
The app solves a common friction point—uncertainty—by making the pricing logic visible and adjustable:
- A structured, step-by-step flow capturing scope, outcomes, effort, and value, with each step building on the last to prevent overload
- Real-time calculation that updates the final price the moment any input changes
- The ability to revisit and refine any step without breaking the flow, supporting iteration and comparison
- A minimal UI with plain-language labels and a modular structure built for future expansion
