Overview
Part of Hyundai’s “Better” platform, the Hyundai Rewards program rewards customers across the ownership journey through a free, tiered structure (Silver, Gold, Blue). I designed a banner to communicate that value and drive enrollment without overwhelming users with a multi-tier system.
The Work
I built an expandable, interactive rich-media unit rather than a static banner. On interaction it opened into a layered, navigable experience that let users move through the rewards structure, mirroring how customers progress from Silver to Gold to Blue. The expanded view broke down tier progression, escalating benefits, and rewards across EVs, ICE vehicles, and Bluelink services into digestible moments, using hierarchy and spacing to make a complex program feel approachable. Design language stayed consistent with Hyundai’s digital ecosystem, with clear CTA moments encouraging enrollment via MyHyundai.
Outcome
The interactive banner translated a multi-layered loyalty program into an engaging experience that encouraged exploration and improved comprehension, reinforcing Hyundai’s commitment to rewarding customers beyond purchase.
