Overview
At Innocean Worldwide, I designed LED signage for Hyundai’s live-sports sponsorship with the Pittsburgh Pirates. Built for in-stadium ribbon boards and display systems, the work had to integrate Hyundai’s brand into the MLB game-day experience while reading clearly in a fast-paced, live environment and meeting both brand and league requirements.
The Work
The design prioritized simplicity, contrast, and motion-readiness so Hyundai branding read clearly at a distance during gameplay, replays, and broadcast. Color, spacing, and hierarchy were balanced to feel integrated within the dense stadium environment rather than intrusive. Technically, it was built to spec for stadium LED resolution and non-standard aspect ratios, optimized for high brightness and variable lighting, and structured to work within looping, modular sequences across static and animated executions.
Outcome
The asset delivered a clean, high-impact sponsorship presence for Hyundai during live Pirates games, showing how a global brand system translates into performance-ready graphics for large-scale, real-time environments.
